Future keeps his Monster pchome Monday streak rolling with the release of the video for “Codeine Crazy,” which lives up to title by incorporating a hazy field scene complete with a muse in a white dress leading our hero along while we watch from a purple-tinted screen. Everything shifts and we end up in a backyard with Future Troutman while he kicks it and plays cards with some OGs. Future always pchome seems like a pretty happy dude but enough lean probably does help lighten the load of dealing with stresses of being an artist, having a bunch of kids and a couple of baby mommas. That’s everyday juggling right there. I ain’t mad at him though because one’s enough to drive a man to the brink. Having pchome a few means he probably has to stay loaded to keep his head above water and the drama. pchome

Future is a lot more talented than the average rap fan gives him credit for. I think its just that hes boxed in with the 10’s of others “Atlanta trap rappers” but he is cream of the crop.

This really is one of his best songs, I’d say it’s in the top 3. I’ve played this like 10x’s since last night. pchome Lol. He was saying some real shit, speaking on some pretty personal stuff. I just appreciate & feel this song so much. Anyone remember back when him & Drake were dropping Honest & NWTS around the same time? And Future claimed he was “misquoted” pchome about saying that, yes drake’s music was very good but his shit just didn’t make you really ‘feel’/hear the pain in the music like his does. It sounded crazy at the time, but it’s making sense now.
