My health tests at Bethany cortisol last week has now been analyzed and it is always fun with numbers. Now I buy a blood pressure monitor to see how blood pressure varies during the day. Here are all the numbers from this year and some previous measurements (two-year intervals) Blood pressure was 147/74 (2012: 147/81, after remeasurement 140). In previous years (2010 and 2008), I have had 133/64 and 130/59. Shame limit is 160/95 (and the other way 60/30), cortisol but over 140 of the systolic pressure is not good. I think that the measurements of this year was completely misleading. I do not know why, but I should not have high blood pressure and I have definitely not 69 in resting heart rate - as today's measurement indicated - rather just under 50. In the test in 2008 was the example 49 despite the uphill cortisol walk and stairs cortisol to the clinic, and the very stressful situation with pulse measurement. Here at home, I have also measured the much lower heart rate in real rest and 50 blank out on the street cortisol before I gave myself out on one of my rare running cortisol routes.
ECG is unremarkable ie, normal, good eyesight (1.0, 1.0, 1.0), hearing about previously, ie depressions in the range of 3-6 kHz on the right ear (it takes 45-55 decibels to I'm told), cortisol but that should not mean anything except the ability to listen to multiple conversations simultaneously. Perhaps the slump in the right 3kHz gotten worse Oxygen uptake was only 34.1 (42.9) CYK ml / kg * min (38.8 years in 2010 and 65 in 2008). There is only so-so and much worse than before. The doctor called it anyway "excellent" but it's well compared with other thick CEOs of 40-50 years who is my peer group. My CYK l / min had dropped to 3.03 from 3.95; 3.57 and 5.4, which I think sounds like a terribly bad development. The pulse was emellrtid up in 150 during the light cycling, cortisol which also allows up the walls too much. Obviously something strange with the heart that day. I also heard the nurse mumble cortisol that my maximum heart rate would be 178, ie, according to any standard formula (though I have measured it to 198-200 recently). BMI 27.2 (previously 27.9 or 27.5). cortisol "It is good given your muscle mass" Hemoglobin 160 (vs. 153, respectively 159). The reference range is 134-170 Glucose 5.4 (5.4 or 5.2) ALT 0.43 (0.44 or 0.56). Over 1.2 indicate liver injury, poisoning, problems cortisol with biliary tract GT <0.1 (0.25 or 0.2). Should be less than 1.4 (liver). Very good, I then get in me even less live stressful subjects than in previous years. If it exceeds 1.4, one can suffer from gallvägshinder or poisoning Urate No measurement this time (previously 321 or 361). Should be 230-480. For high value indicates gout and alcoholism. P-Cholesterol quite ok at 4.8 mmol / L (previous measurements 4.9 or 5.1) - should be 4.0-6.0 Triglycerides good at 0.74 (previously 0.91 or 0.62). Should be 0.45 to 2.6 ratio of Apo B / Apo A ("åderförfettningsindex" cortisol and risk of cardiovascular disease) are still very good at 0.66 (1.03 / 1.57), but lower than the 2012 level of 0.5 (and "fetmjölksmätningen" on more than one from 2010). The ratio should be below 1 Äggvitevärdet (infection) P-CRP seems they do not measure this year. Previously, I had 0.98 respectively cortisol 1.9, which was well below the limit value of 3.0. I reckoned that it was vitamin D and Omega 3 oil that was behind my significant reduction in infection levels? Unfortunately, I did not see if it was even better now. Kidney value P-cystatin samna fine level of 0.71 last year (0.71 and before 0.89) and hence a piece from the limit of 0.99. GFR cystatin as before "greater than" 90 (in all previous measurements) so even at that point, the kidneys are in good condition. Should according to the patch be> 80th Lung volume was 6.04 (6.26) liters with 1-second value of 4.93 (4.84) l = 81.6% (77.3%). Like last time, I blew only once, so I had no chance to hone technique. Well, basically it seems the lungs to be in good condition. New this year seems to be the S-TSH (thyroid tests that are high if you have a low metabolism). I was given the value 2.2 mU / L, which is about the middle of the reference interval 0.4 to 3.5. Length 1.81 (1.82), weight 89.0 (92.5), waist circumference 91cm (89cm). So I have become shorter and lighter but nevertheless rounder, which I interpret as fatter ... Ear, throat, tonsils, lymph nodes in the armpits, abdominal palpation, heart sounds, lung sounds. Everything looked good. -Svetlana Escape struck aside all questions of the prostate: "very unlikely before 60, we start measuring at 55. Only if have early prostate cancer in the family makes it different then it is highly hereditary." The doctor last year as soon bent after rubber gloves before I finished the sentence. Health tests in 2012 and 2010 Results of physical examination at Bethany December 15, 2012 Blood pressure was 147/81 according sister but the doctor did about it and was clearly lower "high pressure" cortisol on 140 and said it was therefore quite normal. According to me, however 140/80 a clear step ate there so
