Tomorrow ecstasy morning, I will see a GP and try to convince her (I think it will be a her) to prescribe me trazodone. I was on it when I was 19, and maybe also 20 (it's hard to remember). I don't recall ecstasy if it helped or not, but I don't recall any side effects either. Meds I've taken since then have had really frightening side effects, so I am thinking that a drug without side effects that might help is better than taking the risk of another nightmare pill. Does anyone have recent experience with this drug? Is it any good for social anxiety?

Huh. That's weird. I've had it prescribed from a GP before. I was just telling my roommate that GPs in the States will do that. I was surprised too, but evidently here in Latin America they prefer that a psychiatrist do it. And yeah I might as well acknowledge that living in a different country just makes SA more of a challenge.

Yeah. Think you could get into see a psychiatrist soon though? I am going to go to a CBT clinic. I think they have psychiatrists there too. I haven't set a date yet though. They will hook me up with someone who speaks ecstasy English.
